What?
Foster self-awareness by recognizing positive aspects with the help of peers, documented in a journal.
Why?
Acknowledging our positive traits and valuing the positive actions of others can be challenging. This activity encourages each individual to recognize and appreciate positive aspects in each other, ultimately fostering better self-perception and relation with others as sharingpromotes inclusivity. Now, you might be wondering why the focus is only on the positive. This exercise is aimed at cultivating a positive mindset. This doesn't imply that negative traits are less important or valid; rather, emphasizing the positive can significantly impact emotional well-being and interpersonal relations.

Conduct the activity in pairs, periodically changing partners after mentioning one positive trait of each particpant.

Compliment your partner on a specific positive aspect, providing evidence.

After both have exchanged compliments, write down the answer to "My positive traits" in a journal, including perceptions from peers.
